Shipping Overview

We ship worldwide from Lithuania (European Union).

All Linen Occasion garments are handmade to order and shipped using secure, trackable delivery services.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Postal Service

  • Europe & UK: 5–10 business days
  • USA: 10–20 business days
  • Canada: 14–25 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

No remote area surcharges apply.

Express Worldwide

  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days after production

Remote area fees may apply. If applicable, we will always contact you before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Processing Time

Each garment is made to order.

Our standard production time is 5–9 business days, depending on the season and order volume.

During peak wedding or holiday periods, production may take slightly longer.
If any delay is expected, we will inform you promptly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every shipment.

Tracking information becomes active once the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.

These charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs regulations vary by country.

Failed Delivery: Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Parcels

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or is not collected by the customer:

  • shipping costs are non-refundable
  • reshipping costs must be covered by the customer

Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 30 days and tracking shows no recent movement or delivery confirmation.

In such cases, you may choose between:

  • a full refund, or
  • a free remake and reshipment of your order
